An Appeal from Australia

Im from the Ballarat Botanical Gardens in Victoria, Australia and like you, we are very passionate about our Begonias with two registered collections (tuberous & non tuberous Begonias).

I am hoping I may please be able to put out an SOS to your Begonia circles and ask for your help in trying to locate a tuberous Begonia we have lost -  that is especially dear to our hearts!
Its tuberous Begonia T.C. Beaumont which was named after a past curator of ours and, as you can imagine, we are desperate to replace it.
It's a  Blackmore & Langdon tuberous Begonia, no longer in cultivation with them, & so far weve not been able to source it in Australia.  Its large, cream in colour & a double.

I hope by chance, it may be thriving in one of your members collections, though we would also really appreciate any assistance, or guidance on where to look further.

Thank you so very much for your time.
