Green Waste

Hi, I have just been reading the latest bulletin received last week her in New Zealand. I read that Peter Sourbutts added "Green Waste "to his potting mix . I have never heard of this stuff and assume it is a replacement for peat. Is there any info as to what quantities etc and what the formula would be for correctly using this stuff in a homemade mix.?.

I don't think Mr Sourbutts uses the forum so I'll send him a message and see what it's all about. Watch this space.....
