South Wales Area Welsh Championship Show, 2016.

It was with great relief that our Area Show was once again a resounding success.
Prior to the Show, we were worried that the mini heat wave experienced would result in the number of entries being seriously reduced. Not so, thankfully. Our loyal Area  members’ and supporters’ and our friends whom rally to support our Show each year were there once again, despite the trying season every one had experienced.
I would like to thank our Judges, Dave Coates and Terry Tasker too for their dedication and professionalism in judging to a very high standard. They had a very hard job to complete the judging in the given time, prior to the opening time when the public were allowed to enter the Show area.
I would also like to thank the management of Wyevale Garden Centre Swansea for their welcome and commitment in organising the show arena for us. This is never an easy job to do during one of their busiest times of the year during the August Bank Holiday weekend, when thousands more visitors’ visit Wyevale.

All in all, a very successful show once again!!
