		Gardens Centres Management Team

      | REGULATIONSStaging: Sunday 30th. August from 8am to 10am when all 
		surplus plant/staging material must be removed
 for judging at 10am.
 Boards will be provided for the Cut Bloom Classes.
 Exhibitors may use their own but they must conform to N.B.S rules.
 Exhibitors wishing to borrow boards are requested to indicate 
		such on the Official Entry Form.
 Adhesive labels must not be attached to the boards. Exhibitors 
		must use the N.B.S name labels provided.
 Any plant showing disease or pest infestation will be removed 
		from the show.
 No external embellishments around a Pot Class exhibit will be 
		permitted.
 There will be no limit to the number of entries and prizes won by 
		any exhibitor in any class.
 No unauthorised person will be allowed in the arena whilst 
		judging is in progress.
 The judge's decision is final. Any protest must be lodged in 
		writing with the Show Secretary by 2.00pm
 on Sunday 30th. August.
 The organisers of the Show will make careful arrangements for the 
		protection of all exhibits but will not be
 responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit.
 All trophies are perpetual unless otherwise stated and must be 
		returned to Area Secretary 14 days before
 the next annual show.
 Removal of exhibits will commence at 4.30 pm on 31st. 
		August (this time will be one hour before the store closes)
 yet to be decided by the store manager.
 Application to show implies 
		acceptance of all the show rules. 
 Closing date for entries Thursday 27th. August.
