The annual eagerly awaited sale weekend took place this year on
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8th to 10th May 2009. This is a Mecca
for begonia growers and many NBS members attend to seek out bargains
of sought after varieties.
It is also an
opportunity to get a pre-view of plants that could possibly be part
of B&L display stand at the RHS Chelsea Show in two weeks time. Here
is a selection of the varieties in the show house that could
possibly be part of B&L’s award winning display. It includes Millie,
the 2010 new introduction, besides some old favourites”
