I grow and exhibit Begonias and Auriculas. these beautiful flowers
are compatible with each other, when one is removed from the greenhouse in
their dormancy period - the other requires the room and bench space.
The Begonias are started up in January and require the whole of my
greenhouse space from May to October. The Auriculas are in my frames
during this period.
I am the Bulletin Editor, Judge and a Floral Committee member of the
Society. We publish four bulletins a year which are full of cultural
information.
We have shows from Southsea to Southport commencing in July. We
have district meetings throughout the country. Our National Show is
at Kings Heath Park, Birmingham.
